How your event works
From the initial coordination to the final dismantling, we take care of the entire organisation and delivery of your event. We provide our mobile archery events for hotels and resorts across large parts of the Algarve, including Albufeira, Faro, Lagos, Loulé, Portimão and Tavira. This means no additional coordination effort for your team – we work in a structured, safe and discreet way within your property.

Planning & coordination
In a brief planning call, we clarify the number of participants, the target group, the location within your property, and the timing framework. Based on this, we create a tailored event concept for your hotel or resort.

Setup on your property
We bring all necessary equipment with us and handle the full setup independently. Everything is installed discreetly and in line with your on-site conditions – without disrupting ongoing hotel operations.

Event delivery & on-site management
During the event, we guide and supervise participants professionally and safely. Briefing, instruction, and oversight are provided by experienced coaches – in a calm, structured manner and with clear communication.

Pack-down & wrap-up
After the event, we dismantle the entire setup independently and leave the area in its original condition. There is no additional work for your team.
